I have this scanner with an Adaptec SCSI card, could not get the scanner to be seen by the scanner program. Researching a problem with another scanner, I found out that the ASPI files must be up to date, and all the same date, if you expect the SCSI interface to act correctly. I ran this file, reloaded the drivers found in this section for my IR Elite scanner, and sunnovagun! It worked the first time! This file was downloaded from Adaptec's Web Site www.adaptec.com
