This is a driver for SCSI card. If your scanner came with a UDS-IS11 PC/ISA SCSI card, install this SCSI driver before installing VistaScan 3.55su scannner driver. The computer will has to be rebooted each time. When computer installs scanner driver, it will install the driver several times. It worked for me.
