After extract, run WINSETUP.EXE It works OK for one scan, the second scan will fail. i.e. don't prescan and then scan, the prescan will be OK, the scan will fail. Just scan and the scanner will scan and give you the image. More drivers in www.tecoimage.com.tw/support.asp
