Yes - this PBScan driver does work with the above scanner, it is the drivers that come with the scanner, NOT the drivers from other companies that people say work with the scanner. It is not a utility but it is the twain driver type, when installed scanned images can be scanned using XP's camera and scanner wizard or inserted into word, publisher and graphics programs.
