this driver/software should work with the hp ScanJet Plus Model HP9195A (Black and white) as far as I know it will work with windows 3.1, 3.11 and windows 95 A, B, and C and windows 98, and 98SE. these files are zipped off of the disk that given to me when I was given the scanner. NOTE copy the files to a floppy disk before trying to install or it will give problems when installing. Hope this helps anyone out with this old scanner as I have noticed that there is almost no support for it any more
