First load the drivers and utilities in the AV100pdrv file. Select the desktop shortcut which will display a dialogue box. Select the AV100P driver. DO NOT PUSH THE TEST BUTTON unless you want to get a frozen screen. Then install the second file, scandall2K_3243. Go to the Start button and select the obvious program option listed. You will get a screen that includes a menu option for Scanning. Just follow directions thereafter and you should be able to get the scanner to function in a Windows 2000 environment. Why or how it works beats me. But it seems to.
