TecoImage.com says this is the driver for the Avec II S3 scanner for Win98. I just installed successfully in WinME. Install, reboot & run the Diagnostic tool. In the SCSI Card drop down, I had to change the selection to 16D1 (16D3) Adapter (DTCD-436 Jumperless Controller).
