This is the Entire Install Disk for the Twain Driver for the emarald sf600c (VER 1.12) I personally thought that I had lost it and tried searching every driver database to get a copy but couldn't find on anywhere on the net that had it. I eventually found my original disk. Extract the zip file and run the setup.exe which will then install the files into the correct folders.
