This zip file contains the setup files and three necessary cab files to install the scanner. The Operating Systems supported are Win 95 (all), Win 98 (both), Win ME (sorry you got this one) and Win 2000. There are no drivers for XP, no plans to write drivers for XP, and these don't work with XP (according to the manufacturer). I unzipped the above file into a subdirectory (folder) and double-clicked the "setup" file. All proceeded correctly and the scanner worked again. Good luck!
