This is the Latest Version (1.16)and probably the last one of the Spot Technologies ScanTak 2C Scanner Driver for Windows 98 and maybe Win 98 SE. I use it with no problem except it gives an "not enough memory" error if you do text that has color in it in the color mode at 300 setting. Reduce the setting to 200 and it works most of the time. I have an AMD K6-3 450MHz computer with 196 Mb of RAM, personally built. Simply click on the file and it self installs, no need to place in any different folder. Hope this helps you folks that are having troubles as I did with ver. 1.10. Everything I have Loaded on my computer (26 Gb worth) recognizes this Twain driver with no problems.
