Unzip creates top directory with setup.exe and two subdirectories (Disk 1 and Disk 2). If you were to create install disks, the Install disk would have the files from the top directory, followed by Disk 1, then Disk 2. I have used this driver on Win95, Win98, and Win98SE. I tried to use it on Win2K, without success.
