Windows 2000 and Windows NT4.0 driver for the Relysis Mercury 3600, Model VM-3582 scanner. This file will self extract to a default folder (c \vm3582-w2knt) when double-clicked in Windows Explorer. It would be a good idea to seperate the 2 resultant files into seperate folders before double-clicking each one as they will self extract into their own folder. Then you need to write each set of files to 2 different floppy disks and install them from the disks starting with the 1st. disk.
